I found an extension of myself in my close friend. Someone I was getting to know was unraveling ways in which I was curious about myself. Places I wouldn’t go, actions I wouldn’t take and emotions I wouldn’t dare feel. A polarity met in the intimacy of feminine friendship brought about a transparency that saw into the other and, through each other, an extension to both selves.
